I spent the Labor Day in Chicago, with a wonderful couple who decided to document their engagement in downtown Chicago, at the gardens that surround Buckingham Fountain, where the actual proposal took place. Very romantic proposal it was, with a picnic among roses. You have to love a guy who is so romantic and thoughtful to plan a proposal like this.
For the photos we wondered the streets of Chicago's Gold Coast with the great architecture and charming restaurants. We did stop at the beach as well, even thought the weather was not a beach day one. Much better was the park by Art Institute and the Buckingham Fountain, beautiful, peaceful and romantic, just like the couple in photos.
